Job Title: Coordinator-Program Job Family: Wellness
Position Summary:
Implement the YMCA’s designated program, supervise daily operations related to the program, provide support and guidance to coaches/staff, and ensure that the program achieves quality performance outcomes.
Essential Functions:
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate coaches/staff of the program.
• Organize coach/staff training(s), and support coaches in implementing the program.
• Monitor the quality of support that Coaches/staff provide to program participants.
• Recruit, screen and enroll eligible participants into the program.
• Organize master schedule of classes offered throughout the association.
• Engage marketing staff to ensure adequate publicity and marketing of the program.
• Provide class coverage if needed to prevent a cancelled class.
• Provide leadership to, and participate in, community events, YMCA campaigns, childcare professional development activities.
• Establish relationships with public health, physician, and payer communities and other referral networks to enhance awareness of and referrals to the program.
• Serve as a liaison, ambassador, and advocate for the program within public health, physician and payer communities.
• Respond to inquiries from the general public and members of the public health, physician and payer communities about the program.
• Serve as primary contact and participate in market launch activities.

• Ability to supervise, provide development opportunities, and evaluate staff.
• Ability to provide administrative support and possess exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Foundations of Strength & Conditioning.
• CPR/First Aid certified.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
